During my favorite pastime of browsing the beauty aisle at my local Target, I remembered that I was out of mascara and chap stick. Sadly, my preferred Neutrogena lip balm is nowhere to be found on the shelves, as well as my touted mascara is a department store purchase only. Always looking for a bargain, I saw the Cover Girl Lash Blast Fusion mascara my esthetician raves about. If she says it works, this woman knows. She studied in London and has all kinds of products at her disposal. As usual, she was right. I don’t think I will be going back to my old brand. I’ve NEVER had a mascara separate, lengthen, plump all at the same time. It doesn’t smudge nor flake, and seriously makes my lash count look like it’s doubled. It’s also a lighter weight formula, so I don’t have to commit the sin of recurling my lashes after I’ve applied my mascara (which always ends up in broken lashes). The ergonomics of the wand itself is unlike anything I’ve seen before and work hand in hand with the magic formula.
I love Nivea lotions, so figured they must know how to moisture all body parts equally. Hooray, I was right! The Kiss Of Moisture Lip Balm is A-Ma-Zing! It has just the right amount of sheen and not too goopy. I also like the shape of the balm and the design of the top that completely covers stick = no germies getting in. Perhaps because it’s made in Germany and a tad bit colder there, Nivea has the perfect prescription to cure all my dry skin issues.
